Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. Retailer Eligibility

The promotional offer is available only to eligible, authorized QCrate retailers in good standing. Submission of retailer details or viewing the promotional image does not automatically guarantee offer eligibility or gift redemption.

2. Geographic Eligibility & Offer Allocation

Offer eligibility and qualifying gift slabs depend strictly on the retailer's applicable geographic sales circle as verified by QCrate. Promotional validity periods, qualifying tiers, and reward gift options are as explicitly displayed in the applicable promotional offer banner.

3. Payment & Settlement Requirements

To claim the offer, the retailer must complete the full payment for the qualifying purchase within the applicable promotional period.

• Partial payments, pending balances, or unpaid orders do not qualify for the offer unless QCrate explicitly approves an exception in writing.
• The complete qualifying payment must be received and confirmed no later than 11:59 PM IST on the final date of the applicable promotional period.

4. Reward Verification & Delivery

The offer is subject to the eligibility conditions, purchase requirements, and benefits displayed in the relevant promotional banner image. QCrate will verify purchase details, payment status, and geographic eligibility before confirming any promotional benefit.

5. Transparency & Governing Law

Any changes to an offer must be communicated transparently and remain subject to applicable law. All dates, validity periods, and cut-off deadlines follow Indian Standard Time (Asia/Kolkata).
